HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation. Alternatively, if you are a registered customer, these details can also be located within your order history, simply by logging into your account area and viewing your order history. If you choose our standard delivery, you will only get a delivery update once delivery is attempted.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the delivery method you have chosen. Your dispatch confirmation will also contain details of how to track the progress of your delivery. You can also login at any time to see the status of your order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER
All orders are on a turnaround of 2 working days before dispatch. However, in busy periods where we have a sudden influx of orders they may take slighter longer. Please check our homepage for up to date turnaround times.
Pre order items are excluded from turnaround times. If you order a mix of pre order and non preorder, they will all be shipped once the pre order items are ready for dispatch.
